The Gîte
This property is comprised of two units. The downstairs unit is occupied by our long term tenants while the upstairs unit is our vacation rental. But rest assured, both units have separate entrances and key codes, ensuring your privacy and security throughout your stay.
The vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-concept living area with a small yet functional kitchen, equipped with all the essentials you need.
Natural light fills the space, offering views of the 1-acre property from every corner of the house. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the front deck or unwinding in the living room, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of nature.
For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer located right off the bedrooms, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your time exploring the Hudson Valley. Additionally, we’ve stocked the bathroom with EO brand shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.
Guests have exclusive access to the upper unit. Parking is available for a maximum of two cars in the attached garage with a conveniently located mudroom.
Guests will also enjoy their own front deck. The backyard is not for use by Airbnb guests.
